The 2026 PGOLID Annual Meeting

2026 Annual Meeting Announcement and Absentee Ballot Request Form

If you need to print out a copy of the Ballot Request form use the link above. Fill out the form and mail it to the address on the form.  Absentee Ballots will be mailed out after July 10th and must be returned by mail Wed August 5th or in person at the meeting Saturday August 8th.

WHERE WE ARE

The Pelican Group of Lakes is located in Otter Tail County, approximately 13 miles south of Detroit Lakes, and encompasses four lakes: Pelican, Little Pelican, Bass, and Fish.

WHO WE ARE

We are a lake improvement district, which means we are a taxing entity through the county. PGOLID was formed to identify, quantify, study, and manage water resources as to preserve quality.
